‘Phonograph’
Bright ruby-red color along with soft tannins. On the nose very pleasant with fine notes of sour cherry, plum and red fruit. On the palate full-bodied with a long finish. Pairs well with mild cheese, red meat and pasta dishes.

Crushing and destemming of the grapes, followed by maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26° C for 8-10 days, followed by gentle pressing

‘Arc Lighthouse’
Blackberry,cherry jam and light coffee aromas on the nose, with levity coming from flecks of allspice and clove. The medium-bodied palate is rounded out by ripe berry flavors and Ink, cacao and some licorice. Fine tannins. Very deep and somewhat sweet. Dry, long finish. Pairs well with beef, cheeses and pasta dishes
